All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's buyer terms and conditions and privacy policy.

3.3 Pricing

The subscription fee is $19.99 USD per month. Fees are stated in the currency of your region and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

3.4 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each 30-day billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate of $19.99 USD (or equivalent in your local currency).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date. No questions asked.

Refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. You can request a refund by contacting our support team at support@play2wingg.com or directly through Paddle at paddle.net.

5. User Accounts and Eligibility

Prize eligibility and distribution are subject to tournament rules. Winners must comply with verification requirements to claim prizes. We reserve the right to withhold prizes in cases of suspected fraud or rule violations.

We do not guarantee tournament availability, prize amounts, or specific outcomes. Tournament schedules and prizes are subject to change.

All content on Play2WinGG, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Play2WinGG or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Content

You may submit content such as usernames, avatars, or communications. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
